Kingston Technology has introduced HyperX DDR3 modules with heatspreaders that can be connected to watercooling setups. Known as the HyperX H2O, these kits are available in various capacities and frequencies.
Kingston Technology has introduced the first HyperX H2O series memory products, one triple channel and two dual channel DDR3 kits made up of modules which come equipped with a newly-designed heatspreader that can be connected to watercooling setups.
Simply put, these new heatspreaders when coupled with watercooling, will offer better thermal conductivity over typical memory heatspreaders which are solely aircooled. If you are a fan of liquid-cooling, then this is your lucky day.
Mark Tekunoff, senior manager at Kingston stated that “HyperX H2O is a natural extension of Kingston’s offerings for performance users. Our goal is for users of all levels and interests to have a Kingston product that meets their needs.”
These HyperX H2O kits are programmed with XMP support and have lifetime warranty.
