The Galaxy Note III from the front looks like a bigger Galaxy S4 with thinner bezels

Freshly leaked images gives us a first glimpse of the Galaxy Note III from the front, and guess what, it looks a lot like the Galaxy S4, only with a slightly enhanced design with thinner bezels.

The Galaxy Note III is Samsung’s upcoming gigantic phablet, to succeed the massively successful Galaxy Note II launched last year. In 2013, Samsung will cross previous size barriers and go on to introduce a 5.99-inch Note, nearly half an inch bigger than the Note II and about 0.7 inches bigger than the original Note phablet that single-handedly brought in the trend of huge sized phones with stylus support. Here’s the first frontal assault (glimpse) of the Galaxy Note III:

Disappointingly, the picture was taken from an angle rather from the front. This makes spotting other details such as position of sensors, front camera and microphone difficult, although we have no reason to believe that Samsung might have changed the layout. Hear this, the Note III will look like a Galaxy S4, admittedly much bigger and with much thinner bezels.

Samsung Galaxy Note III rumored specs:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC
  • 2 or 3 GB RAM
  • 5.99-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED Display
  • 13 MP Rear Camera
  • Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWIZ

While previous Galaxy Note models have always been unveiled at the IFA, reports suggest that Samsung has preponed the announcement of the Note III this year. We have strong reason to believe this as a move to keep the cash flow into the company steady due to reduced sales projections of the flagship Galaxy S4.
