LG-GD900 Crystal phone to be launched worldwide

LG Korea has showcased their LG-GD900 Crystal phone at the Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) Wireless 2009 convention in March, and the manufacturer has announced the phone will be launched worldwide in over 40 countries including Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America.

LG Korea has announced it will be launching their LG-GD900 Crystal phone worldwide. The LG-GD900 Crystal claims to be the world's first "transparent phone", from its unique transparent slideout tempered glass keypad. It sports a 3-inch WVGA full touchscreen display and with LG's 3-D 'S class UI', you can navigate the menu and even customize your screen easily. It also supports handwriting, multi-touch control (zoom in/out) and comes with a touchwheel for fine-tuning in media player, gallery and camera.

Other features of the LG-GD900 Crystal include 8-megapixel camera , Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and expandable 32GB memory.
