Today, LG Korea has announced their new LH 80 Series LCD TVs (which comes in 42-, 47- and 55-inch) that features wireless video transmission technology with their Mediabox.

LG Korea has announced their latest LH 80 series LCD TVs (42, 47 and 55-inch) that features wireless technology. The wireless technology is used in conjunction with a MediaBox which will stream the video signals to the display, and according to the manufacturer, there is no compression applied that may reduce the quality of the image.

The MediaBox also holds HDMI, USB, component, and other external inputs such as antenna cable.

At press time, the 55-inch has a price tag of W5,100,000 (approx. USD4,000); the 47-inch is selling at W3,500,000 (approx. USD2,750); and the 42-inch is retailing at W2,700,000 (approx. USD2,150)
