LG has announced their new series of Home Theatre Systems, LCD and Plasma TVs designed to enhance user’s lifestyle. The products include LG LH50 and LH70 Full HD LCD TVs, LG HB954PB Blu-ray Home Theatre System and LG BD370 Blu-ray player.
Singapore, April 29, 2009 – LG today announced the launch of its latest range of LCD, Plasma TVs and Home Theatre Systems in Singapore. Designed to provide a premium home entertainment experience to consumers, LG’s latest range of home entertainment products seamlessly integrate audiophile-quality sound, smart technology, stylish design and optimum functionality.

LG LH50
Boasting LG’s Full HD TruMotion 200Hz technology, the LH50 creates images that look natural and clear, without distortion. It also creates sharper images by precisely controlling its scanning backlight. This means that every pixel of full HD 1080p resolution has real-life clarity and sharpness.
LG’s Picture Wizard provides an onscreen guide to precisely adjust the LH50 to produce the best picture quality to suit different room environments, with interface designed to be extremely easy to use. Three preset AV Modes - cinema, sport, and game - help to optimize the picture and sound with a single button on the remote.
The LH50 uses LG’s unique Invisible Speaker and Clear Voice II technologies to create optimal sound quality. Audio guru Mr. Mark Levinson helped tune its Invisible Speakers, which use the entire bezel of the TV as a sounding board, to create deep and dramatic sound without the need for unsightly speaker grilles.

LG LH70
The new LH70 is distinctive and striking thanks to its superior picture and sound quality packaged in a sleek and eye-catching silhouette. It also boasts incredibly sharp full HD image quality using LG’s TruMotion 100Hz technology with rich audio.
Compared to the previous Scarlet model, the LH70’s tuner and components have been reallocated from behind the screen to its base. This reduces its thickness to a perfect 1.6-inch (42-inch), making the LH70 an incredibly slim all-in-one Full HD LCD TV.
The LG LH70 supports Bluetooth, USB 2.0 and DivX. This means you can connect to your mobile phones through Bluetooth and display mobile pictures and movies in the living room. A USB 2.0 port and DivX support make it easy to watch high resolution video files stored on external hard discs, memory cards or other USB devices. Features like Expert Mode, AV mode and 24p Real Cinema ensure great picture quality for any type of programming.

LG HB954PB
A recipient of a CES 2009 Innovations Award, the HB954PM is the manufacturer’s first premium Blu-ray home theatre system that claims to provide absolute clarity in audio and video as well as unlimited access to diverse content from Blu-ray discs and YouTube instant streaming.
Supporting a variety of formats from Blu-ray, DVDs to CDs, the HB954PB enables users to enjoy outstanding audio and visual performance. The HB954PB also allows you to connect two HDMI inputs from your favourite game console and HD setup box for superiod audio enjoyment.

LG BD370
The LG BD370 supports BD Live (BD-ROM Profile 2.0), which enables users to connect to the Internet and gain access to the premium features such as movie trailers, behind the scenes, subtitles and other information.
It also enable users to stream online media from YouTube through high-speed Internet access to enjoy thousands of streaming video clips as well as multi-player interactive games and quizzes.
The BD370 is supports various file formats including DivX, MPEG4, video, JPEG, MP3, and WMA. These can be stored on optical media like CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs or on USB memory.
