According to the latest rumors, Google is going to announce the Nexus 5 on October 14th.  The device has been leaked numerous times over the last few weeks, and a leaked service manual that has been posted on Scribd today gives a more detailed look at the device. The manual mentions a model number LG-D821, which has been confirmed as the model number of the next Nexus device.

Here’s a look at the hardware that the device will come with, as detailed in the manual:

  • 4.95-inch full-HD display
  • 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) CPU
  • Internal storage variations of 16 and 32 GB

  • 8 MP OIS camera at the back, 1.3MP front camera
