LG's Optimus 3D II exposed with unofficial specs

Some (supposed) leaked images and specs for the LG Optimus 3D II (codenamed CX2) have made their way online which indicate a new screen with slimmer chassis and a faster processor.

The details provided mention a Texas Instruments 1.2GHz dual core processor used in the upcoming model and the new screen to feature a NOVA display; a new energy efficient technology from LG that gives significantly better brightness for all types of conditions and from multiple viewing angles.

LG's Optimus 3D II is apparently 2mm thinner than the previous model and features NFC technology for touch payments, DLNA-capable 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and 5MP front-facing camera that is capable of recording HD 3D video. One other thing the new model is said to be able to do which its predecessor can't is the ability to convert 2D objects into 3D.

The new smart phone is expected to launch at the Mobile World Congress, scheduled for 27th February in Barcelona.
