Lian Li announces PC-Q11 Mini-ITX chassis

Lian Li has announced the PC-Q11 chassis, under its Mini-Q series. Compact and light, the PC-Q11 is designed for users who require space and convenience. It is available in four different colors – black, silver, red and piano white.

Lian Li has announced the PC-Q11 chassis, under its Mini-Q series. Measuring 200 x 326 x 260mm (W x H x D) and weighing just 2.42kg, the PC-Q11 is both compact and light. It supports Mini-ITX and Mini-DTX form factors, and is designed for users who require space and convenience.

Build-wise, the PC-Q11 is constructed with 1.5mm thick aluminum alloy panels, solid enough to eliminate any unwanted noises caused by vibration. The side panel is secured with screws to ensure a tight fit. Also, the case feet are padded with rubber to absorb vibration.

The PC-Q11 is very spacious to work with. You can easily install your optical drive, your motherboard, and also your hard disk drives via the removable cage without any obstruction.

The hard disk cage / rack, which supports both 2.5″ and 3.5″ drives, is held by thumbscrews for easy removal.

Installing 3.5″ hard drives does not require any tool either with Lian Li’s patented anti-vibration HDD mounting system.

A 140mm fan is used for high airflow and low-speed, low-noise cooling.

The fan is strategically located at the front of the PC-Q11 to channel airflow through the whole chassis.

For efficient cooling, there are ventilation holes all around the casing – the top, the back, and even the side. The two PCI slots have vented slot covers.

With a removable power supply bracket, the PSU is installed / inserted via the back of the chassis. Users can orientate the PSU to face the motherboard for better CPU cooling.

The PC-Q11 is expected to be available by the end of August.

Prices are as follows: US$94.99 for PC-Q11A/B (silver/black), US$114.90 for PC-Q11R (red), and US$174.99 for PC-Q11W (white).
