Logitech has recently launched the Tablet Keyboard and Keyboard Case for the Apple iPad tablet devices in Taiwan. The Logitech Tablet Keyboard is compatible with Apple iPad and iPad 2, features a low profile keyboard with Bluetooth connectivity of up to 9ms and media controls that allow users to control the volume, playback or pause the media. The Logitech Tablet Keyboard also comes with a carrying case for protection and can serve as a stand for the iPad. On top of that, users can also place their iPad device in either landscape or portrait mode on the stand. Four AAA batteries are included to power the wireless keyboard.

The Logitech Keyboard Case is only compatible with Apple iPad 2 devices and the case by ZAGG not only functions as a protective case but also as a stand and keyboard for the tablet. Similar to the Logitech Tablet Keyboard, iPad 2 can be placed in both portrait and landscape modes. However, this wireless Bluetooth keyboard do not require any AAA batteries as a USB cable is provided to charge the internal batteries. Other features include soft padding for the internal corners of the keyboard to help cushion impact and an aircraft-grade aluminium material used for the case.

The Logitech Tablet Keyboard is retailing for TWD 1990 (S$83) while the Logitech Keyboard Case is selling for TWD 2990 (S$125).

*Update* We just received confirmation that Logitech will also be launching the above two products in Singapore. The Logitech Tablet Keyboard and Logitech Keyboard Case are available at S$95 and S$139 respectively. Keyboards for Android devices are expected to be out in the near future.
