Maxtor to Release Serial SCSI in Q3/Q4 2004

During Computex 2004’s VTF (VIA Technology Forum) 2004, Maxtor’s Taiwan Spokesperson revealed that the Serial SCSI platform from Maxtor will be released in either Q3 or Q4 2004. This new platform will pave the way for a more economical corporate server setup allowing them to mix serial SCSI and ATA drives in servers.
