Czech website Ihned.cz received a takedown notice from Alan Radford, Internet Investigator for Microsoft, claiming that it was “offering unlicensed copies of … copyrighted works published by Microsoft,” citing the “IEB Roadmap” as the crux of the complaint.
 
The document was leaked on Scribd, but it has since been removed at the request of law firm Covington & Burling LLP, which lists Microsoft as a client.

Some of the features detailed in the 56-page leak include a faster processor, Kinect glasses, and cross-platform support with multiple devices.
 
Unwittingly, of course, Microsoft has verified that the contents of the document are authentic, as it would not bring in the legal hounds for pure speculation.
