Microsoft's new My Phone service allows users to automatically backup contacts, photos, video, calendar, text messages and other data from their phones and restore them to a new device easily. The service was opened as a private beta in February and now is available for public.

The My Phone service is free to use at this time and each account is allowed up to 200MB of free storage on the Microsoft My Phone site. Users with Windows Mobile 6.0 or 6.1 phones can download and use the My Phone service immediately.
