Microsoft will reportedly hold both a formal Xbox One-related press conference and a public event in Los Angeles on June 10, one day ahead of E3's official start.
Gamers, tech aficionados and geeks of all ages will apparently have an extremely crowded mid-June, with the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) and Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) essentially taking place at the same time.
Naturally, not just anyone can physically attend the two events, but virtually… the doors are open for the entire world. Meanwhile, if your schedule is not completely filled already and you have June 10 off, you should be ecstatic to know Microsoft has a little something planned for that date as well.
As a matter of fact, there could be two somethings slated for June 10, namely a pre-E3 Los Angeles press conference and some sort of succeeding public event that for now is wrapped in complete mystery.
Then again, you don’t need to be Albert Einstein to guess the event will be Xbox-One related. Still, a lot of questions remain unanswered. Will folks located in L.A. be offered the chance to test out the next-gen gaming console? Will we be seeing some new games showcased? And will entrance to the event really be free for everyone?
Oh, well, we’re only two weeks away from it all, so we won’t have to wonder for much longer. At the same time, the highlight of the day is still expected to be the press conference, given Microsoft remains secretive on Xbox One’s pricing and availability details.
Remember, we’ve spotted the console priced on Amazon Germany just a few days back, but the chances of that listing proving to be legit are fairly slim. As for release dates, different “sources” say different things, so again, let’s just be patient, wait and see.
