Mobile Editing On Google Docs Come To iPad And Android

Google has announced mobile editing capabilities will be available on Google Docs for Android and Apple iPad devices in the coming weeks.

Android and iOS (OS for the iPad) are the most popular mobile platforms on the market currently and it is interesting to see Google introduce the new features to not just its own platform, but also that of Apple's. However, the move also means that Google will be able to get more advertising opportunities if it managed to get more Google apps running on Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad.
