Robert Fong, Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Monster Cable, was at the event and talked about the company, their products and partnership with Universal Music.

“Heartbeats by Lady Gaga” offer high-performance headphone option that doubles as a high-tech fashion accessory. They feature a multi-faceted, glossy surface with a jewel-inspired earpiece cosmetic.

They will be available in three separate cosmetic styles, including a metallicized body with a rose red jewel-shaped earpiece, metallicized body with an all chrome jewel-shaped earpiece and a black-on-black body and jewel-shaped earpiece design. “Heartbeats by Lady Gaga” come in a beautifully designed carrying case and with an assortment of ear tips to ensure maximum comfort and fit for every wearer. They also feature Monster’s exclusive flat cable design that not only integrates into the look and feel of Heartbeats, but makes them tangle-resistant.

Currently, the basic model of “Heartbeats by Lady Gaga” is available in Singapore.  Other versions, including models in various cosmetic styling with or without the ControlTalk cable feature will be launched next year.

“Heartbeats by Lady Gaga” will retail at S$240 (include one-year warranty) and available from December 2009 at Audio House, Best Denki, Gramophone, Harvey Norman, HMV and i studio.
