More of ATi’s upcoming RD580 Motherboards

Anandtech has just posted a preview article about the upcoming ATi RD580 (ATi’s
Crossfire + Dual PCIe x16). Including in their article are pictures of full
retail boards, like the ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe, the DFI’s RD580, and also, ABIT’s
AT8-32X. It appears that this time round, these boards gets into retail channels
on time, just like the X1900 launch a while ago: “ATI
seemed to turn the corner in having product available at launch with their
recent introduction of the X1900XT chipset video cards. Our conversations with
Taiwan motherboard manufacturers indicate that the launch of the RD580 chipset
on March 1 will also be accompanied by retail products you can actually buy. It
is good to see that ATI is finally able to consistently deliver product at
launch. They seem to have turned the corner from the paper launches of 2005.”
