Instead of fighting the case in court, an easier way would be collaboration with the company that sends the lawsuit. Well, at least that’s what happening with Motorola and Microsoft. The two companies have announced that they may be working together to build a Windows Phone 7. Motorola has laid its bet on the free-to-license Android operating system with its wide range of Android smartphones. And we could be seeing some Motorola Windows Phone 7 in the near future.
