Motorola launches dual SIM, dual core XT882 in China

Motorola has recently launched the China version of the Droid X2, also known as XT882, which comes with dual SIM card slots and dual-core processor and running Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.

Motorola and China Telecom have jointly launched the dual-core, dual SIM, Android 2.3 Gingerbread XT882. Based on the specifications of the Motorola XT882, it is similar to the Motorola Droid X2 carried by Verizon in the US, but with additional camera for video chat, and two SIM card slots for CDMA and for GSM.

The Motorola XT882 will retail at the end of June for 5,380 yuan or approximately US$828.
