Motorola and StarHub once again had an exclusive partnership to launch the new Motorola Milestone XT in Singapore. The phone maker and the telco had done the same for the Milestone (also known as Droid in US) in late March. The Milestone XT will be available from tomorrow.
“The Motorola Milestone XT offers fast connectivity, interesting apps, and is loaded with StarHub TV application. We believe the Milestone XT will do very well once again, compared to the earlier Milestone launched in March,” says Ng Long Shyang, Head of Sales at StarHub.
Andrew Morley, Vice President of Marketing across Europe, Middle East, Russia and Asia at Motorola, says that the Milestone XT has many significant features including 8-megapixel camera with xenon flash, HD video playback on HDTV via HDMI.
The Milestone XT features similar form factor and design to its older Milestone sibling, but the new model is slimmer and lighter on the whole. The home screen has a neat layout of the various apps, including Starhub TV and the phone’s functions.
At the top are the power button, 3.5mm audio jack and HDMI output, while on the left is a USB port.
On the right are the volume control and camera/shutter and camera mode buttons.
