Motorola’s next handset will be announced on November 13, according to a tweet from the company.
Looks like those rumors of an alleged Moto G holiday launch were credible.
Motorola tweeted earlier today that the device will be launching in November . The Moto G will be a more affordable variant of the Moto X, and will likely be offered for free on-contract. The Moto G has been leaked over the weekend in a promotional document which gave a detailed look at its hardware. The device will allegedly feature a 4.5-inch 720pp screen backed by Gorilla Glass, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon CPU, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, 5MP camera that can shoot 720p videos along with a 1.3MP front camera, 1,950 mAh battery and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The device will also likely work with Motorola’s customization suite, Moto Maker, where users get to configure the color schemes as well as other facets of their device.
