Motorola has introduced the new XOOM 2 tablet in Singapore. Equipped with a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and a bright display, the new tablet runs Android 3.2 and claims to offer users enhanced experience.

Building on the success of Motorola XOOM, Motorola Mobility is introducing a new addition to its tablet portfolio that is said to bring enhanced experiences to consumers in Singapore. The Motorola XOOM 2  features Android 3.2 Honeycomb,dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and a 10.1-inch widescreen high definition display with scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla glass. The tablet also includes the new MotoCast app that lets you stream your music, photos, videos and documents from your computer to your tablet without any media tools, apps, or cords.

The Motorola tablet also features MOTOPRINT integrated into key apps so you can print wirelessly from your tablet.  It is more than 100g lighter than the original Motorola XOOM, can withstand poolside use, spilled drinks or dashes out to the car in the rain, and boasts a battery life of up to 10 hours on video playback. The Motorola XOOM 2 is now available at a recommended retail price of S$978 from January 13 at major retailers.
