Getting commercial “off-the-shelf ” phase-change coolers for the
graphics cards is not easy. Without phase-change building skills, one way would
be to convert existing CPU phase-change coolers. Our forum member Fatboy shares
with us how he converted his Asetek Vapochill LS into a 7800GTX Cooler.

First of all you will need screws such as these:

These are customized screws. At one end is 2.5mm screws that will screw into
the back plate of the 7800GTX. The other end is screws that use the usual Vapochill
LS mounting nuts.

Next, remove your Vapochill mount head.

You will need to drill 4 holes that align the 7800GTX. For the
dimensions, please refer to this database.

Next, use a flat-head drill bit to round the holes:
