MSI today unveils non-reference R4850-T2D512 graphics card with Quad Pipe
thermal design.

MSI R&D team has tested the ATI Radeon™ HD 4850 reference design and found that
although the gaming performance is excellent, but the thermal efficiency of the
reference design is not good enough. Both temperatures of full loading and
standby are very high. MSI has particularly researched and developed the Quad
Pipe thermal solution which comes with 2-slot design, four 6mm thicker
high-efficiency heatpipes, a pure copper base and 33 high-density aluminum fins.
Then through the quiet fan which is placed in the middle of the cooler to cool
