New Call of Duty: Ghosts trailer depicts shootouts outside a space station. Say what?
Astronauts on a space station, shooting at each other with machine guns while flying around outside a zero-gravity environment? Yes, as crazy as that might sound, it’s something you’ll be able to do in the upcoming Call of Duty: Ghosts.
Activision has released the official trailer depicting the single-player part of the game, and the opening scene looks like a mash-up of the not-so-iconic space station scene from Armageddon with the standard shooting affair we’ve gotten tired of seeing in every first-person shooter, a scenario that will no doubt have some insane reasoning behind it in the game’s plot.
The video also takes place part on Earth, showing off the customary explosions and ruined cities, which should take the upcoming game a notch above the craziness we experienced in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. It’s not a very impressive trailer, with a cheesy line at the end totally ruining whatever excitement the video may manage to build up, so maybe you should hit that play button and see what you’re in for yourself.
Shootouts on a space station. Whatever will they think of next?
