New Nexus gadgets and Android 4.2 to be unveiled on October 29
The rumored Android Jelly Bean 4.2 will purportedly be unveiled next week at Google’s press event in New York. Alongside the new OS, people are also expecting a few more Nexus devices which may hit retail just in time for the holiday season.

LG will be the brand that will grace the next Google Nexus smartphone. The device, many seem to think, will be based off of LG’s flagship smartphone—the Optimus G. Meaning, the Nexus 4 will boast a quad-core 1.5GHz CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, an 8MP rear camera, and a 1280×768 4.7-inch display.
The Nexus 7 lineup will also receive some love, with sources suggesting that the popular 7-inch tablet will receive a memory upgrade (up from the max of 16GB) and HSPA+ connectivity.
Also, Google is going to move into the 10-inch tablet market with something called a Nexus 10. This time around, however, it will be Samsung and Google tying the knot with each other. The Nexus 10 will supposedly boast a screen resolution that’s higher than the third-gen iPad.
Android 4.2 will be Google’s answer to iOS6; some of the new features include a new panoramic camera capability, Play Store content will be accessible from a widget, and multi-user support for tablets.
All these new gadgets and Android 4.2 are expected to go public on October 29.
