Nokia has finally unveiled its latest flagship device, the Lumia 920 running Windows Phone 8.  Albeit, it’s probably not as powerful as quad-core devices from competing high-end Android variants, Nokia has certainly upped the ante in terms of specs and design.

Diving right into the specs of the Lumia 920, the latest Windows Phone 8 device from Nokia boasts a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, a 4.5’’ 1280×768 WXGA PureMotion HD+ display, 32GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear/1.3MP front camera, a 2000mAh battery, and near field communication (NFC) capabilities.

The WXGA display is purportedly 25 percent brighter than the next best currently available panel.  As for the sensitivity of the touchscreen, Nokia claims that it’s so sensitive that users can still have full functionalities even with gloves on (Nokia calls it “Super Sensitive Touch”).

Returning to the unibody design, the internal components of the 920 are tucked away inside a polycarbonate shell with a 4.5’’ screen that blends in with the curves leaving little to no edges at all.

Nokia seem to have done its part, now we will have to wait and see Microsoft has taken care of business on their end.

Oh look, a bug!
