The yet-to-release Nokia E6-00 based on Symbian^3 mobile operating system has its specifications leaked online. The smartphone is reportedly going to be launched at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month.
The Symbian^3 OS was launched in 2010, and this year, it will be one of Nokia’s important platforms aside from MeeGo to compete against other smartphone manufacturers. There has been many Nokia smartphone released with Symbian^3, but recently, the new flagship E6-00 was exposed and many speculate that it will be officially announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February.
From the above leaked XML file, we can tell that the Nokia E6-00 display supports 640×480 pixel resolution, a standard among Symbian^3 members. It also sports a 4-inch capacitive touch screen, powered by ARM processor and features 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. No word as to whether the camera has auto-focus.
The Nokia E6-00 is reportedly to be similar to the X7-00 and will be unveiled by AT&T at MWC together with X7-00, E7-00 and N9.
