have up to 240 stream processors. Due to its large die size on 65nm process

technology, the yield rate will be poor and that drives costs up. CJ told us
that cost of making a GT200 die is about $ 100-120 which is very high so Nvidia
will need to drive costs down.

has suggested a 55nm version of GT200 coming in September to drive costs
down which is line with our

previous speculation
. It is almost impossible for Nvidia to come out with a
GX2 card on GT200 with the current TDP but we don’t see much of an issue with
AMD coming out with R700 so the performance graphics war might tilt to AMD’s
favor in late Q3.
