Nvidia leaks GT300M series

Judging by Nvidia's strange branding policies, it is very hard to pin point as to exactly what these are all about. The products are mobile GPUs, GTS 360M, GT 335/330M and G 310/305M.

The current GT 200M line-up features G92b at the high end as the GTX 200M series. The other members of the series is made up of 40nm GT21x shrinks. The only new GPU yet to be released is GF100 - but that will be a hot and giant GPU unlikely to be suitable for notebooks. The other possibility is that the leaked GT 300 products are Fermi derivatives - but these were not expected till at least very late Q1 2010.

At the same time, considering Nvidia's questionable rebrand policies, and the fact that 8800M, 9800M and GTX 200M are all based on the same G92 die (and subsequent shrinks and tweaks), GT 300M may be a rebrand of GT21x GPUs after all.
