OCZ unveiled the Vertex SATA II 2.5” SSD Series featuring 200MB/sec read and 160MB/sec write speeds and up to 64MB onboard cache. MSRPs are USD $129, $249, $469, and $869 for 30GB, 60GB, 120GB, and 250GB models respectively. Separately, Super Talent also announced a new line of UltraDrive SSDs that supports sequential read/write speeds of 230/170 MB per second. UltraDrive LE and ME SSDs will available in January 2009.
