Panasonic Announces Full HD Video Conferencing System

Panasonic announced KX-VC500, a HD video conferencing device up to 1920x1080i (up to ~8Mb/s). The KX-VC500 is set to retail in October this year.

Panasonic doesn't include a camera, but allows the use of any HD video camera to bring video to an other party. The picture above pretty tells you how it is gonna work.

The KX-VC500 is set to retail in 1st October this year, price has yet to be determined.
