PENTAX-02 zoom lens for Q-Series cameras to launch on 16 February

PENTAX has announced their new PENTAX-02 Zoom lense (27.5-83mm in 35mm equivalent) for the Q-Series interchangeable lens cameras is scheduled to launch on 16 February. On top of that, the company has also unveiled the PENTAX-01 STANDARD PRIME lense (47mm in 35mm equivalent) which will be released in March.

Pentax has announced that their PENTAX Q 02 zoom lens kit will be released on 16 February. The estimated retail price is approximately 70,000 yen (US$900) with the PENTAX Q camera body and PENTAX Q 02 Standard Zoom (27.5-83mm in 35mm equivalent) kit. The Standard Zoom kit is available in black and white. The company has also unveiled the PENTAX-01 STANDARD PRIME kit lens (47mm in 35mm equivalent) which is scheduled to launch on 9 March. The retail price for the PENTAX-01 STANDARD PRIME kit lens  is 10,000 yen (US$128).
