Pentax Japan have announced a new color model to its Point and Shoot camera lineup that is waterproof, shockproof. It is the Pentax Optio W90 in orange 'flavor'

Targeted for a launch on July 8th this year, the orange Optio W90 model comes with a 12.1 Megapixel CCD sensor, a 5x optical zoom, ISO sensitivity from 80 to 6400 and able to record video in 720p /30fps.

The Optio W90 will have 26.7MB of built-in memory, supporting SD / SDHC for external storage (expandable via SD / SDHC memory card).

While this is not new product, the orange model does bring out a certain uniqueness in its color as compared to the black and green models.
