Personalize your Gmail with a new background picture
Google has included a theme feature in Gmail that allows users to have a personalized look. Aside from the various color and theme selections, you can now customize Gmail with your own background picture too. Read on for more details.
Yes, you can now have a personalize Gmail account, the way you want it. Previously, you can only select from the different color and themes available in the settings.
Simply go to the "Options", the gear icon at the upper right of the screen, choose "Mail Settings", "Themes" and to the option, "Create Your Own Theme". Select a Picasa photo or upload your picture, as well as customize text and background colors.
In addition to this theme customization, Google has also mentioned that it will be making ads relevant according to your emails.
