Philips launches BDP9600, BDP5200 and BDP3200 Blu-ray players

If you are looking to purchase a new Blu-ray player, check out Philips latest offerings - BDP9600, BDP5200 and BDP3200. Available in retail stores now, all three players claim to offer full high definition entertainment experience you need in your living room.

The Philips’ new range of Blu-ray players - BDP9600, BDP5200 and BDP3200 - promises convenience for users to watch their favorite movies in virtually any popular format available in the market today at the comfort of their home. The players support all commonly-used formats including BD Video, BD-ROM and High Definition video formats such as DivXPlus HD and AVCHD. These media files can be conveniently accessed using the High Speed USB 2.0 port located at the front of these players.

With the BD-Live function in the top-end models,you can enjoy up-to-date versions of exciting content provided by Philips, just by connecting to the Internet. Your Philips Blu-ray player can also be updated automatically when connected, and the built-in Wi-Fi on these players will give you access to a world of entertainment. Additionally, the Philips BDP9600 and BDP5200 are DLNA certified, which means you can connect them to your home network to stream videos, music and photos from your computers wirelessly.

The Philips BDP3200 offers a full high definition (HD) viewing experience with sharp images in full HD 1080p to give you cinema-quality images. It also presents near-HD images for DVD videos withup-scaling to 1080p via HDMI. The BDP3200 is Wi-Fi ready, and users can also view their favorite videos on YouTube by connecting their Philips Blu-ray player to the Internet.

The Philips BDP5200 supports Blu-ray 3D Disc playback to offer viewers a full HD 3D experience at home. It is also DivX Plus HD Certified which offers the latest in DivX technology to let you enjoy HD videos and movies from the Internet direct to your Philips HD TV or PC. The BDP5200 also comes with build-in Wireless-N for faster wireless performance and offers DTS-HD Master Audio and DolbyTrueHD to deliver 7.1-channel audio.
