Laptop Magazine has previewed Phoenix’s new Instant Boot BIOS. The Instant Boot BIOS reportedly cuts down POST time to about a second and can boot into Windows 7 in 10 seconds on a Lenovo T400. A video paints a thousand words so folks, read on to see the Instant Boot BIOS in action. Impressive!

"Big foot. The Loch Ness Monster. The Chupacabra. Instant-on notebooks. We’ve heard a lot about them, but never seen one in the wild. While we have seen light, fast-booting Linuxes like Phoenix Hyperspace and Splashtop, none of them is exactly instant.
