Phoenix unveils Instant Boot BIOS

Laptop Magazine has previewed Phoenix’s new Instant Boot BIOS. The Instant Boot BIOS  reportedly cuts down POST time to about a second and can boot into Windows 7 in 10 seconds on a Lenovo T400. A video paints a thousand words so folks, read on to see the Instant Boot BIOS in action. Impressive!
