While Sony is getting ready to launch the PlayStation 4 on November 15th in North America, it has not forgotten PS3 fans. The console will now be available in Azurite Blue and will be an exclusive to GameStop.
The Azurite Blue variant of the PlayStation 3 will be available in the U.S. and Canada from October 8th, and will be an exclusive to game retailer GameStop in the U.S. and EB Games in Canada. This version was launched in Europe earlier this year. Pre-orders for the console will begin starting today at all GameStop locations and on its website. The bundle, which includes a PS3 console with a 250 GB hard drive and a DualShock 3 wireless controller will cost $249.99. GameStop does mention that this bundle will be available for a limited time, so if you’re interested, go get it before it goes out of stock.
Fans can look forward to new games on the PS3, as it was announced at Gamescon last week that Gran Turismo 6 will be available exclusively on the console from December 6th.
