VR-Zone team has arrived in Taipei and we had the opportunity to
check out the Computex halls 2 days before the official opening on May 31st
Tuesday. Computex Taipei is the second largest IT exhibition in the world, just
behind CeBIT Hannover (Germany). There are a total of 1300 exhibitors estimated
this year and a total of 2800 booths covering 4 major halls; Hall 1, Hall 2,
Hall 3 and Hall 4. There are also a number of showcases/booths over at Taipei
101, New York New York and Grand Hyatt Hotel as well. Catch a glimpse of the
booths today and look out for more Computex coverage coming along the way!
Hall 1, the biggest hall of all covers Components & Parts,
Communications, Peripherals and Storage Equipment. For hardware enthusiasts,
this is the place where you can find all the memory and coolers manufacturers
displaying the latest memories, coolers, cases etc.
Taipei 101, the tallest financial center in the world. Firing
Squad Gaming Tournament and some NVIDIA showcases will take place here.
Hall 4 TICC where Intel, AMD, VIA, ABIT, Albatron showcases
Even the cafes beside Computex Hall 2 are invaded with Intel
