PSU Review Club 3D CSP X1000CB 1000W

The CSP-X1000CB appears to be a very well constructed and attractive power supply. Club 3D sprayed the chassis with a soft matte black paint and placed their company logo, the “club” from the French suit of playing cards, at the center of the cooling fan’s grill. Given the high power output of this unit the small chassis was a surprise; the power supply is hardly longer than a standard ATX product.

The rear is entirely perforated to allow for the air pushed by the cooling fan to escape towards the outside of the case. Club 3D has opted for the proven honeycomb design. A large on/off switch and a standard 3-DIN A/C power plug can be seen at the rear of this power supply.

Club 3D entrusted the cooling of their 1000W power supply to a popular ball bearing fan made by Young Lin Tech. The model of the all blue cooling fan is DFB132512H, a 140mm fan with a maximum speed of 1850RPM.
