The HTC Legend was announced (together with the HD mini and Desire) at Mobile World Congress in February. The successor to the popular HTC Hero was recently launched and VR Zone has the opportunity to check out the new Android 2.1 touchscreen smartphone. So will this phone live up to its name? Read on.

Review: HTC Legend

The Hero is HTC's third smartphone based on the Google Android platform, and it was the first in the series to offer a 3.5mm audio jack, multi-touch capability and HTC Sense user interface. The Hero has gotten favorable reviews last year and banking on its popularity, its no surprise that the manufacturer has come up with its successor, the HTC Legend.

So how different is it from its older sibling? Before we move on, let's take a look at the Legend's specifications as compared to the Hero:-
