Review: Samsung Galaxy S (GT-I9000)
The Galaxy S is Samsung's latest flagship smartphone that was launched in early June, and available exclusively to SingTel customers. VR-Zone managed to get the Galaxy S in for review, so how good is the Android phone? Read on.
Android smartphones are gaining popularity on the market and it is no wonder most phone makers are launching phones based on the Google Android platform. Korean manufacturer, Samsung, has also announced their flagship Android smartphone that comes in the form of Galaxy S (model: GT-I9000).
And even though the Samsung Wave that is based on Samsung's Bada open platform was launched slightly earlier than the Galaxy S, the focus (not surprisingly) was more on the Android phone instead.
Like the HTC Desire and Google Nexus One, the Samsung Galaxy S is powered by 1GHz processor and features 16GB internal memory (with microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB card).
