Ricoh Announces G700SE Rugged Camera With Wi-Fi And Bluetooth

Ricoh Japan has recently announced the G700SE, a waterproof and dustproof digital camera which is an improved model of the rugged G700. The 12.1-megapixel camera features integrated Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and allows a GPS unit to be connected to the device.

Based on the popular rugged G700 camera, the G700SE is the latest brain child from Ricoh that claims to be waterproof and dustproof. According to the maker, the G700SE can withstand a fall from a height of 1.2m.

The 12.1-megapixel camera comes with built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity and can connect to a GPS unit to record your location information to the image data.

Other features include 5X optical zoom, up to 1,280 × 720 pixel HD video recording, supports SD/SDHC/SD Worm memory cards. The camera has an internal memory of 103MB and USB2.0 and AV connectors.
