Russian devs prove that Portal can be ported to Android

As more or less just as proof of concept rather than a definitive long term project, some developers have proven that it's possible to port Valve's Portal over to Android. It is only one level of the game that has been brought across, but as Valve has no ties with this project it's hard to say if it will eventuate into anything more.

How did they accomplish it? They used the Unity engine for the task. Android Police who managed to get a hold of it recorded a video showing it in action (seen below), and it must be noted before you watch that apparently the choppiness is solely from their recording rather than the game port itself.

If you're keen to try it you'll be quick outta luck unless you're super slick at hunting well into the dark crevices of the web. The build is purely an Alpha from a sketchy source, at least for now.

All we can say to Valve is, are you paying attention? DO WANT! Help these guys out please.
