Last month, VR Zone has a quick look at the NC310/N310 netbook in the Samsung office. And today, the manufacturer has officially brought the notebook PCs back to Singapore (when they pulled out few years ago). The line-up include X460, R420 and R470 notebook PCs, as well as the N120 and N310 netbooks.
Moon Sung-Hyun, managing director of Samsung Asia, gave an opening speech and mentioned the company aims to extend and grow the marketshare in the mobile product and computing segment. “Samsung uses 75% of the components in our notebook PCs including LCD display, memory chip and hard disk drive among others,” Moon remarks.
In addition to the notebooks and netbooks, Samsung has also announced it will announced value netbooks with slim and compact design and long battery life, as well as ultra think notebook PCs in Q4 this year.
