Samsung Galaxy Camera to take India by Storm in November

Come November , 2012 Samsung will be launching its voice controlled Galaxy Camera with much fanfare. The launch is being timed perfectly to coincide with the festival of lights -Diwali. It is customary that people in India exchange gifts and the Galaxy Camera will fit the bill perfectly.

The Galaxy Camera, perhaps one of Samsung's most ambitious launches, features shots that can be taken at 16 mega pixels, a feather touch 4.77 inch HD display, crystal clear steady snapping, a F2.8 aperture, 21X optical zoom, and a focal length of 23mm. The camera has 8GB of internal storage, but can be upgraded with a micro SD card. Additionally, this camera will be able to play HD videos at a16:9 aspect ratio.

The Samsung Galaxy camera incorporates additional features like 10 different modes for taking pictures, 120fps video recordings, auto face calibration, action freeze, slow motion video, on screen editing, auto cloud back up, and Glonass assisted GPS functionalities. Pictures can be shared from the camera using connectivity features like Wi-FI, Bluetooth, and HDMI. A great feature is the voice control utility that allows users to choose the right settings for urgent image capturing.

This is the first camera by Samsung which is to be powered by Google's Android mobile operating system. The state of the art camera was first showcased at the IFA 2012 in August.
