Samsung Asia has finally unveiled the availability of their highly anticipated GALAXY Nexus, which claims to be the world's first smartphone to run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and the GALAXY Tab 7.7. Both products will be available this weekend.

The Samsung GALAXY Nexus and GALAXY Tab 7.7 were unveiled in Singapore early this year, though the company did not confirm when both products will be available. The GALAXY Nexus was jointly announced by Samsung and Google, and is the world’s first smartphone running Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. The smartphone features a 4.65-inch high definition Super AMOLED display and is equipped with a 1.2GHz dual core processor. Powered by 1.4GHz dual core processor, the GALAXY Tab 7.7 claims to be the world’s first tablet to feature the brilliant Super AMOLED Plus display and is ideal for web-surfing, multitasking and offers superior multimedia performance,

The Samsung GALAXY Nexus and GALAXY Tab 7.7 will retail in Singapore on 11 February, this Saturday, at S$948 (inclusive of GST) and S$898 (inclusive of GST) respectively, without line contract. The GALAXY Nexus will come in black and white versions.

On top of that, the Korean maker has also announced the Coral Pink version of the GALAXY S II which will retail at S$888 (inclusive of GST), without line contract. The phone will be available on 18 February.
