A new report confidently states that Samsung will formally unveil their next-generation Galaxy Note III with a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display on September 4, two days before the kick-off of IFA 2013.
Looks like the numerous rumors surrounding the Galaxy Note III are finally coming to an end as more and more reports speak of a 5.7-inch display. According to the reports, Samsung, in all likelihood, will take the wraps of their next-generation flagship Note series phablet on September 4, two days prior to the kick-off of IFA 2013.
While not 100% accurate (that won’t be until the device is revealed), the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Note III are most likely to be the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 or Samsung Exynos 5 Octa chipset, 3 GB of RAM and a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display. Accompanying them will be a rear facing 13 MP camera. The Note III is rumored to come in a thin profile of just 8mm, thinner than the Galaxy Note II.
While there is no official word, a September 4 announcement looks most likely. We’ll keep a close eye on any further developments and of course, present it to you at the earliest.
