Samsung PIXON M8800
The INNOV8 is Samsung’s first 8-megapixel camera phone which we had reviewed not too long ago. And after the INNOV8, the manufacturer introduced another 8-megapixel camera phone into the market, one that uses a touchscreen - the Samsung PIXON M8800.
You might recall seeing a Samsung mobile phone ad recently about a group of guys on a road trip with their inflatable blue cat and taking pictures of it. They later met a group of girls with a blow-up pink mouse and both took pictures of the cat and mouse together. This was the ad for the latest PIXON camera phone from the Korean manufacturer that boasts superior picture quality and features comparable to a digital camera.
According to Samsung, the PIXON is their first 8-megapixel camera touchscreen phone. (Not to confuse with the INNOV8 which is a 8-megapixel slide camera phone which we reviewed earlier).
It sports a sleek black finish and features 200MB internal memory, a microSD slot for expansion, is HSDPA-capable and weighs a mere 122g.
