The screen was revealed to be at a resolution of 2560 x 1400 pixels, and the device also featured Qualcomm’s 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon MSM8974AC SoC. The device was running Android 4.4 KitKat, and this handset looks like it is the version of the Galaxy S5 that is intended for South Korea’s SK Telecom.

Taiwanese component supplier ODM Catcher Technology Ju Teng and Chinese vendor BYD are said to be working on metal chassis for the Galaxy S5, and an initial order of 10 to 30 million unibody metal chassis have been allegedly placed by Samsung.

There are also rumors that allege that Samsung will launch a unibody metal-clad device in the new Galaxy F series, with a plastic version being sold under the Galaxy S series.

Other hardware on the Galaxy S5 might include a 16 MP camera that features ISOCELL technology, along with 3 GB RAM and internal memory variations from 16 to 64 GB.
