You think you’ve got an all-in-one PC? You don’t. Unless you’re the owner of Samsung’s latest AiO PC that builds a soundbar into a PC itself.
Samsung released 2 videos to tease the 2 different versions of its latest all-in-one desktop PC. Amongst which, one of them has a 24-inch, FHD (1,920 x 1,080) touchscreen protected by a Gorilla Glass whereas the other has an identical screen sans touch.
It is said that both of these 2 models feature the aforementioned display sitting on top of an equally-wide sound bar, which holds the 10W stereo speakers inside it. However, it appears that only the touch-capable variant can support Windows Hello login for Windows 10 which is done via an infrared camera.
The video also teases some specification out for us, including a 7th generation (Kaby Lake) procesor, a quad-core Intel Core i5-7400T processor and also 8GB to 16GB of RAM plus of course, a humongous and generous serving of 1TB hard drive. The RAM and the memory storage, can also be further upgraded too.
To add on, the AiO PC also comes with a full-sized keyboard and mouse. It has a display that holds a wide tilting axis, which resembles the one found in the Surface Studio too. Right now, we do not have any idea as to what price it will retail for and exactly when it will go on sale. Nevertheless, it seems clear that this AiO PC is fairly capable and if you’re in the market for a powerful family PC, do wait for some news on its release before heading out to your nearest Harvey Norman.
